Geoffrey Gorman, Eco Taxidermy

6

© 2009 Geoffrey Gorman

Growing up on an old abandoned horse farm and exploring the wild countryside as a youth allowed Geoffrey Gorman the freedom to explore and to build: tree houses out of weathered fencing and boards, a raft made from barrels and canvas, forts constructed of cut down trees built to protect against wild animals. Once he built a vehicle made from an old lawnmower and wooden box...unfortunately it only ran backwards.

He went to art school, studied photography, and later pursued a career in furniture design. Eventually Geoffrey Gorman worked in the gallery world for ten years, have curated shows, written about the art world, and assisted artists with the business of art. www.danielquatphoto.com
