The floor of its curving well centered with a square landscape reserve surrounded by further landscapes in leaf-shaped reserves against a classic lotus flower and leaf scroll pattern drawn on a gray-green and dotted black background that continues in the diaper band extending around the flared rim, the reverse undecorated. 14 1/2in (37cm) diameter. Painted in bright enamels and overglaze blue with the flower basket roundel surrounded by various shaped reserves filled with fabulous beasts, auspicious antiques, flowers and birds against a predominant leaf green ground that repeats in the diapered band encircling the flared rim, the recessed base centered with an artemisia leaf mark in underglaze blue (chipped). 14 1/2in (27.5cm) diameter.
