Its wide, flat well painted with crane roundels surrounded by cloud scrolls and the reverse bearing the six-character mark enclosed within a double ring. 9 3/4in (25cm) diameter - Estimate: $2,500 - 4,000

A blue and white porcelain deep dish with calligraphy design. Jiajing Mark, Kangxi Period

Its curving well painted with a scholar and his sleeping attendant at night in a mist-filled garden with eleven-character inscription, reversed by a garden pavilion and rocks, the base bearing the six-character mark enclosed within a double ring and the rim finished with an iron wash. 6 1/4in (16cm) diameter - Estimate: $2,000 - 3,000
