Of octagonal section, richly decorated in underglaze blue outline and wash with densely drawn diaper patterns around the slender neck and lower shoulder, the upper lobe alternating with peony and garden rock reserves separated by trees forming shou and fu characters while the lower lobes display seasonal flowers arranged in baskets or bronze cauldrons, the shallow recessed base left unglazed. 20in (51cm) high - Sold for $30,500
