Of tall cylindrical form, gently sloping at the shoulders, the short elegant neck flaring out at the mouth, vividly painted in brilliant tones of underglaze-blue with a continuous landscape scene of a princess depicted mounted on a horse, escorted by two attendants, one shading her with a parasol, and three armed soldiers, an aged sage depicted observing them, all against the backdrop of a wondrous mountainous scene, above an incised border of stylised leaves and the foot and below an incised border of foliate scroll at the shoulder, the neck painted with a band of pendant leaves; 48cm high. Estimate: HK$500,000 - 700,000, USD 64,000 - 90,000. This lot has been withdrawn
