100-Million-Year-Old New Crocodile Species Discovered by Scientists in Thailand

Bonhams in London Sell Hoffmeister Collection of Royal Meissen Porcelain for £3 Million

This brings the total for the three sales of finest collection of Meissen porcelain to £2,988,120. Sotheby's London Sees Strong Prices for Spanish, Scandinavian, Orientalist and Greek Art

LONDON.- Sotheby’s sale of 19th Century European Paintings in London today (which included works by Spanish, Orientalist, German, Austrian, Scandinavian and Symbolist artists) brought a total of £11,166,050 (€13,168,101), a figure comfortably within pre-sale expectations of £8.6-12.8 million.
