A carved jade 'Log Raft' group. Qing dynasty, 18th century carved and pierced with a young boy paddling a log raft, to the fore of the raft stands a large basket with peony blooms and to the aft stands a crane holding a lingzhi spray in its beak, the stone of very pale celadon-white tone. 12cm., 4 3/4 in.
