Chinoiserie Meissen 18th century @ Bonhams, Fine European Ceramics including the Collezione Procida Mirabelli di Lauro

A rare Meissen pagoda figure. Circa 1720-25. photo Bonhams. After a Chinese example, seated with his right hand resting on his raised knee, wearing a gilt-edged robe, with dark brown hair, moustache and eyebrows and red lips, 9.5cm high (right hand restored, nose chipped).
