An Egyptian bronze cat. Late Period, circa 664-332 B.C. Hollow cast, depicted seated on its haunches in alert pose, the forepaws together, the tail wrapped around the right side of the body, with incised details on the face and ear, the underside with two tangs for attachment, 57/8in (14.9cm) high, mounted.
