Qingbai Foliate Shallow Peony Dish. Northern Song Dynasty (1127-1279). Courtesy Vermeer & Griggs A fine Song Qingbai shallow foliated dish, the rim shaped to form six petals, raised on a short ring foot decorated with carved and combed design of a peony flower covered in a pale blue green colored glaze. The base is unglazed and the biscuit is burned in the firing. The dish likely made at the Jingdezheng kilns in Jiangxi province. Diameter:  6" (15.2cm). Condition: Excellent, minor kiln grit... Camellia Leaf Lobed Bowl. 清代 Qing Dynasty, 康熙 Kangxi Period (1662-1722). photo courtesy Vermeer & Griggs A very rare large foliate bowl rendered in the form of a mallow flower supported on a high ring foot. The rounded sides rising to a wide flaring rim, the body grooved to form six sections indented on the rim creating a foliate edge and covered in a camellia leaf green finely crackled glaze. A Massive 15th Century 早明 Early Ming Longquan Celadon Dish. photos Vermeer & Griggs A magnificent massive early Ming Longquan celadon dish heavily potted with shallow rounded sides rising to a lipped rim. The center carved with bunches of pendant grapes with large palmate leaves and spiraling tendrils.
