A pair of Chinese famille rose wine-pots and covers and a large cup and saucer. Yongzheng (1723-1735). Photo: Christie's Images Ltd., 2010 The wine-pots each modelled with overhead upright handle and short curved spout, painted to the globular body with sprays of chrysanthemum to one side, and sprays of peony to the other, the flat covers painted en suite; and a cup and saucer decorated to the exterior with branches of peony, Chenghua six character mark to the base. A Dutch Delft blue and white seven-tier pyramidal tulipiere. 19th Century, spuriously marked LPK for the Lampetkan factory Of quadrangular section, each waisted side painted with birds and flowers, divided on six tiers at the corners with upright spouts shaped as open lion mouths, the tapering pinacle at the top terminating in a bulb, the lower two segments supported each on four crouching lions, some restoration. 98.3 cm. high. Kangxi (1662-1722) Comprising three baluster jars and covers and two beaker vases, painted with rows of shaped panels enclosing 'Antiquities' alternated with panels of narcissus, prunus and peony, reserved on a diaper-pattern ground enclosing flower-heads, restorations, rim frits.
