of shallow form rising to a slightly everted lip, supported on a short tapered foot, incised to the interior with a large dragon on the well surrounded by two striding dragons on the side. diameter 9 3/4 in., 24.8 cm. Estimate 7,000—9,000 USD
PROVENANCE: Acquired from a German dealer before 1924.
Brought to the United States circa 1934, by Gertrude Morgenroth, Great Neck, New York.
