The multi-stranded torsade composed of numerous emerald, sapphire and ruby beads, spaced by freshwater pearls and accented by fluted gold beads and rondelles, completed by a ram's-head clasp with marquise-shaped sapphire eyes, further decorated with 82 round diamonds weighing approximately 4.60 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold, length 16½ inches, clasp detaches to be worn as brooch with removable tassel pendant of similar design, accompanied by brooch fitting.
