Fine Sapphire and diamond bracelet, Harry Winston, 1960s

The articulated band designed as a series of oval, circular-cut and cushion-shaped sapphires alternating with step-cut diamonds, the three larger ones weighing respectively 1.44, 1.61 and 1.81 carats, the borders set with marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, length approximately 175mm, unsigned, maker's marks. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 53114 stating that eleven sapphires are of Burmese origin and one of basaltic origin, all with no indications of heating. Together with three GIA reports: no. 1102517606 stating that the 1.44 carat diamond is G Colour, SI2 Clarity; no. 1102517604 stating that the 1.61 carat diamond is H Colour, SI2 Clarity; and no. 2105517607 stating that the 1.81 carat diamond is H Colour, VS1 Clarity.
