Each with channelled backrail, the padded back and armrests on scroll moulded supports, the square seats on tapering fluted legs, each surmounted by a carved patera(2). Dimensions:60cm wide, 53cm deep, 90cm high - Estimate AUD 10,000-15,000. Sold for AUD 9,600 inclusive of Buyer's Premium

Note :Jean Avisse, maitre in 1745.
Although not stamped, these chairs are from a set of fauteuils stamped by Avisse
