Vibrantly painted around the deep sides in rich tones of underglaze blue, depicting four boys at play within a garden enclosed by fences, the interior with a central circular medallion enclosing a hare, the base with four-character mark reading fu gui jia qi, Japanese wood box; 11.6cm (4½in) diam.
