The cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 33.23 carats set within a brilliant-cut diamond double surround, to the diamond-set hoop (detachable to be worn as a pendant), mounted in 18k white gold and platinum, ring size 5.0, in a Repossi grey case. Pendant signed Repossi. Estimate CHF250,000 - CHF310,000 ($226,319 - $280,635)  - Price Realized CHF483,000  ($437,248)

Accompanied by report no. 53455 dated 20 March 2009 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating
