Comprising a brooch realistically modelled as a bunch of grapes, the vine leaves pavéset with brilliant-cut diamonds from which cascade grapes of sapphire beads, pin-clip fitting to rear, length 4.8 cm, signed ‘Buccellati’, numbered N2284; accompanied by a pair of earclips of similar design, length 2.8 cm, signed ‘Buccellati’, numbered N2285.
